About this artwork
Part of the photography series Paraiso, Diego Bianchi staged plastic bottles of various cleaning agents in a forest, which illustrates pathetically the harms to nature from plastic pollution. The image demonstrates the artist’s aptitude for expressing with simple yet provocative images.
Though an early work by the artist, the trace of Diego Bianchi’s practice in realism with the use of found materials is already visible in this work, which connects this series to the overall creative philosophy of the artist.
