Galleries & artists
With the promise of “buying meaningful art”, TAP has identified committed international artists
and their galleries around the world and has a curatorial approach. We are not looking for a large
number of galleries and artists, but for the right ones. This logic applies to the gallery’s roster
as well: when the gallery confirms their interest, we suggest certain artists to join and enter a discussion,
which is extended to the artists themselves through their dealer. They then confirm their will to participate,
which causes they wish to support, and if requested which NGOs they want the donations to go to.
TAP therefore does not presently request unsolicited gallery candidatures.
Furthermore, TAP doesn’t work with artists directly at this stage. A possible future plan would be onboarding
recently graduated artists from Dean’s Lists of a selection of Fine Arts Schools, committed to certain causes,
who could benefit from TAP’s exposure to a network of committed galleries.
