Raising Rwanda: Women Farmers' Training Center
Organization information
Africa Development Promise
Location: Denver, United States of America
Summary
We work with an agricultural co-op of all women in rural Rwanda. After traveling long distances for training, the ladies of the co-op have self-identified a need for a training center and office space in their village. This builds their capacity and allows for development to come from and for a rural community. The co-op has already begin work, providing all labor, creating bricks, and gathering wood. Work with us to help them purchase the cement, windows and doors and support rural development!
