Summary
Fish can help solve many challenges in the Horn of Africa. It can feed hungry and malnourished people, and generate income and livelihood opportunities if used properly. Today, much of the fish is wasted, due to a lack of knowledge and skills. FairFishing aims to change this by initiating a portable 'No Waste, All Taste' kitchen - which will not only serve a delicious, free soup to those in need, but also teach them how to utilize fish waste to cook a cheap and healthy meal themselves.
