Summary
Ensure legal representation for over 1000 prisoners detained in the context of the conflict in the Cameroons. Victoria Relief Foundation will provide financial support to cover transport fair, local accommodation, and other logistics for a team of 17 common law lawyers who volunteer and work on a Pro-Bono basis as counsel for Anglophone detainees in Cameroun. The detainees are tried in french which they don't understand, using civil law which causes many of them to receive lengthy sentences.
