The project will outreach and provide basic support of food and hygiene for at least 100 vulnerable/disadvantaged households who may not be outreached or be unable/ difficult to approach the financial and food support of the Government of Vietnam and Provide awareness raising and education for vulnerable groups on COVID-19 prevention.
