About 40,000 refugees lost their homes as a result of bombing and the opportunity to return to their homes doesn't seem realistic. Several thousand soldiers, mostly young people, were injured. The goal of the program is to provide emergency assistance to wounded soldiers and refugees living in different social centers in Armenia.
