Summary
In Bulgaria there are few social inclusion and work opportunities for people with disabilities. Those of them, who have spent most of their lives in state orphanages, have no work habits. They have never been taught a skill, nobody ever believed they can do anything. The Cedar Foundation offers an alternative, providing a family type environment for youth with disabilities, encouraging them to explore their personal potential, develop their strong sides and be as independent as possible.
