Location: Vladivostok, Russian Federation
Summary
We will educate 15000 children to co-exist peacefully with the tigers. 550 Amur tigers are left in the wild living side by side with villagers who are involved in poaching. These kinds of "economic activity" formed during many decades of weak legislation, corruption, low income of the local population. Through ecological education children learn the causes of environmental problems, participate in their solution, consciously form lifestyle, sometimes different from the life of their parents.
