Fund Education: Giving Children a Future in Ghana
Organization information
Action Change (Formerly GVI Trust)
Location: London, United Kingdom
Summary
A School in the heart of a fishing community in Ghana where the children arrive to an empty classroom with no resources to learn. This is the reality, the schools are under funded and teachers often don't turn up even though the students do, there is no or little learning resources available and limited money to pay teaching staff in the rural areas of Ghana. Our project is working to help fund the local schools and build sustainable income generation for them to succeed and teach the children.
