Summary
This project will organize a mobile health team who will be trained to educate and sensitize the population on HIV/AIDS and preventive measures. Reduce the stigma associated with the disease and to prevent mother to child transmission of HIV/AIDS. Enable everyone in the 28 villages to be aware of their status and to maintain people living with HIV/AID on treatment. Provide good care and treatment to people living with HIV/AIDS at the hospital and JRCCA's Urgent Care Centers.
