Summary
Le Tonle Training Guesthouse and Restaurant aims to provide free theoretical and practical training for tourism and hospitality jobs to young, disadvantaged Cambodians. Training includes receptionist duties, housekeeping, cooking and hospitality. Provision of these skill-sets enables vulnerable youth to access varied and worthwhile career opportunities. In turn, graduated trainees and are able to live independently and support their family by sending some of their earnings back home.
