Summary
The Uweza Sponsorship Program currently provides academic scholarships to 65 primary, secondary, and college/university students from Kibera. The scholarship equips students with resources (school fees, school uniforms, textbooks) as well as guidance and mentorship to ensure that they can stay in school and access a quality education. Our scholars are selected on the basis of their home and family situation and their academic potential and attend schools throughout Kenya.
