Summary
March 16, 2020, the entire island of Luzon, Philippines was placed under quarantine due to a growing number of COVID-19 cases, forcing almost all businesses to close. We are based in Quezon City, a city of about 2.9 million people. With businesses closed, suspended public transport & slow government's response to the crisis, poor families of daily wage earners are now left unsure of where to get food for the next weeks!
