Summary
Rise high public school is not for profit school in a small village of Aurangabad, Bihar; one of poorest districts of India. With very limited resources, our kids have done very well. We will start class 8th in April 2018, and we need $15000 to build(Estimated Cost: $10000, 500 sq.ft) and furnish((Estimated Cost: $5000) composite science laboratory for them. The running cost (1 attendant+supplies) of lab is $300 per month. Important Notice about Projects in India: We expect that there will be significant delays in getting funds to this project due to new regulatory requirements that impact GlobalGiving's ability to disburse to Indian-banked organizations. GlobalGiving is working hard to address the issue, but there is a chance that we will be unable to disburse funds to this project. If we cannot disburse funds, donations to this project may be reallocated to another organization per our terms and conditions.
