Summary
ShelterBox is a charity that delivers aid to families devastated by conflict or natural disaster, to give them durable shelter and the tools to rebuild communities. This could be a family-sized tent or it could be heavy duty tarpaulins, ropes and nails to create emergency shelters. COVID-19 has added immense further pressure to devastated communities. ShelterBox is 20 years old in 2020! The Rotary Club of Hitchin Tilehouse aims to raise 12,000, being the approximate cost of 20 Shelter Boxes.
